About The Alliance
The Oak Ridge Human Resource Association was merged into the chamber and re-formed as the Oak Ridge Human Resource Alliance. The program now serves as a focused space for learning, networking, and discussion around real workforce challenges affecting employers across the Oak Ridge area.
The Alliance is guided by HR practitioners and business leaders who help shape relevant programming. Sessions are built to support employers with timely insight on hiring, retention, compliance, training, organizational culture, and other people-related business priorities.
